• Music Copyright and Infringement Policy

ANT LIVE is an independent project maintained by Lilies Studio. This policy applies to songs, accompaniment, recordings, lyrics, musical scores, artwork and exported performances made available through ANT LIVE.

ANT LIVE provides hosting, conversion, playback, singing-room and creation tools. Uploading, platform review, a copyright identifier, or availability in the catalog does not establish ownership and is not a legal determination of copyright.

  • 1. Uploader Responsibility

The uploader must own the content, hold all permissions needed for the intended use, or have another lawful basis to use it. This includes rights in the composition, lyrics, score, accompaniment, sound recording, artwork and any third-party samples.

Uploaders should keep source files, licenses, written permissions and other authorship evidence. A song may remain private or unavailable until required review is complete.

  • 2. Reporting Suspected Infringement

A copyright owner or authorized representative may use the flag shown beside a song. The report should identify the protected work, the affected ANT LIVE song, the reporter's relationship to the rights, and why the use is unauthorized. Additional evidence may be requested through in-app feedback.

Reports must be accurate and submitted in good faith. The reporter should consider whether permission, public-domain status, fair dealing, fair use or another applicable exception may authorize the use.

  • 3. Immediate Protective Measures

After an infringement report is accepted by the service, the song is placed in a taken-down state while it is reviewed. It is removed from public catalog discovery and blocked from new previews, downloads, score access, queue requests and performances. The uploader can see the taken-down status.

These temporary measures reduce further distribution while preserving the report and moderation record. They do not decide ownership or liability.

  • 4. Review and Resolution

Authorized moderators review the report, song metadata and available evidence. If the report is upheld, the song remains unavailable. If the report is dismissed, the song returns to pending review and is not automatically republished; a separate publication review is required.

ANT LIVE may request more information, restrict related content, preserve records required for security or legal compliance, and respond to valid court or government orders.

  • 5. Uploader Response and Reconsideration

An uploader who believes a restriction resulted from mistake or misidentification may use in-app feedback to provide ownership, license, permission, public-domain or applicable-exception evidence and request reconsideration. Content may remain restricted while ownership is disputed or the evidence is incomplete.

ANT LIVE does not mediate private ownership disputes. The parties may need independent legal advice or resolution by the appropriate authority.

  • 6. Repeated or Abusive Conduct

Repeated infringement, attempts to re-upload restricted material, false declarations, or misuse of the reporting process may result in publication limits, removal of related content, or account restrictions under the User Agreement and applicable law.

  • 7. Contact

Use the in-app song flag for a specific song and in-app feedback for supporting documents or reconsideration. Existing official support channels listed in the User Agreement may also be used.

This operational policy is not legal advice. Applicable law and valid legal orders control where they conflict with this policy.
