This policy explains how Lilies Studio, the independent studio behind ANT LIVE, handles information when providing ANT LIVE and its current features.
This Privacy Policy applies to information handled by Lilies Studio through ANT LIVE, including information provided by Users, generated through use of the Web Services, or received from service providers that support those features.
This Privacy Policy does not govern independent third-party services that have their own privacy practices.
This privacy policy constitutes an inseparable part of the ANT LIVE User Agreement and must be read together with the ANT LIVE User Agreement.
When the User registers an ANT LIVE account, the ANT LIVE will ask for the User’s name, email address, interests, birthday, gender and personal webpage, in addition to a personal profile. Once the User is successfully registered with the ANT LIVE, the ANT LIVE will be able to identify the User when the User log in to the server.
The ANT LIVE automatically receives and records the information on the User’s browser and server logs, including the User’s IP address, information in the ANT LIVE cookies and the User’s browsing history.
ANT LIVE uses this information to operate and improve social audio, music, singing, scoring and sharing services, and to tailor the service to the User's settings and needs under the privacy protection rules below.
I. The protection of user privacy is a fundamental policy of the ANT LIVE. The ANT LIVE guarantees that it will not publicly disclose or provide a third party with an individual user's registered information or non-public content, which is stored in the ANT LIVE during the use of web Services, unless in the following circumstances as follows:
a) When prior express authorization is obtained from;
b) When and as required by applicable laws and regulations;
c) When and as required by relevant competent authorities of the government;
d) When it is necessary to safeguard the public interest;
e) When it is necessary to safeguard the legal rights and interests of the ANT LIVE.
II. The ANT LIVE may collaborate with a third party to provide the User with relevant web Services. In this scenario, the ANT LIVE has the right to share 's registered information with a third party, if the third party agrees to bear responsibility for providing privacy protection no less favorable to that of the ANT LIVE.
III. Under the condition that no private information of an individual user is disclosed, the ANT LIVE has the right to analyze the entire user database and utilize the database for commercial purposes.
IV. The User acknowledges and agrees that the User may, directly or indirectly, provide any of its personal information through its use of the web Services and as provided under this agreement. For the purposes of this article, the User hereby agrees and consents to the use of the User’s personal information by the ANT LIVE, and such shall be considered as the consent as stipulated under the prevailing applicable laws.
V. ANT LIVE requests access only when needed for a feature selected by the User. Microphone access is used when the User joins an audio mic, sings, or starts a recording. Images, audio, songs, score files or background media are accessed only when the User selects them for upload, creation or sharing. Optional contact discovery is used only after the User separately grants the relevant account or contacts permission.
In an audio or singing room, microphone audio is transmitted to other room participants. Singing rooms also process pitch, volume, timing, playback position and sentence scores so participants can see synchronized score feedback. A recording is created only when the User starts or accepts a recording feature.
When the User uploads a song or creates a work, ANT LIVE may process the selected audio, lyrics, score, authorship and copyright metadata for storage, conversion, moderation, licensing and playback. User-selected images or background media may be processed to create a shareable work. Private source assets are not made public unless the User chooses to publish and the content passes applicable review.
Android system sharing sends only the exported work selected by the User to the destination chosen by the User. The destination's own privacy policy applies after the share leaves ANT LIVE.
ANT LIVE is not directed to children below the minimum age at which they may lawfully consent to use an online service in their location. A person below that age must not create or use an account unless local law permits the use with verifiable authorization from a parent or legal guardian and ANT LIVE supports that process.
Birthday or age-related information may be used to apply age-appropriate access, safety, privacy and legal requirements. Microphone audio, account identifiers and device information may be personal or sensitive data; ANT LIVE limits their collection and use to the purposes described in this policy. If ANT LIVE learns that a child's information was collected contrary to this policy, it may restrict the account and delete the information, subject to safety, fraud-prevention and legal-preservation duties.
Social audio can involve interaction with other users. Minors should not disclose private contact details, school, address, precise location, passwords, financial information or intimate material. Parents and guardians should supervise use where required. Our prohibitions, reporting path and response process are described in the Child Safety Standards.
When the User submits the information, it shall be deemed as the User consents to the ANT LIVE’s regarding the collection, storage, use and disclosure of the User’s personal information by the ANT LIVE. The ANT LIVE will never display, rent or sell the User’s personally identifiable information to others except for in the scenarios as follows. a) The User gives us a clear instruction for certain products and services of any third party which requires the User’s personal information; b) The ANT LIVE is required to disclose under a court summons, court order or any other legal processes;
The ANT LIVE is not responsible for any collection, disclosure and/or use of the User’s personal information provided by the User to any third party's website which may be linked to or from our website.
The ANT LIVE will set or access ANT LIVE cookies on the User’s computer.
The ANT LIVE allows those companies that publish advertisements on our webpages to set or access cookies on user computers. Other companies will use cookies in accordance with their own privacy policies, and cannot access cookies used by the ANT LIVE.
In performing operations associated with our products and services, the ANT LIVE uses web beacons to retrieve cookies from our website.
The webpages of the ANT LIVE include electronic images (known as a "pixel GIF" or a "beacon") that allow the website to calculate the number of webpage users or users that have saved a certain cookie. The ways in which the ANT LIVE uses beacons include as follows: a) The ANT LIVE uses beacons on the website to calculate the total number of users and to identify registered users using saved ANT LIVE cookies. b) The ANT LIVE is able to provide customized webpage services when the User are on non-6.cn websites by saving ANT LIVE cookies. c) The ANT LIVE uses website beacons to collect data for partner websites; relevant data is also used for statistical purposes. d) The ANT LIVE user data recorded by website beacons are compiled and made available to our partners as aggregate data for reference purposes. Aggregate data includes information such as user count and usage, but does not include any personally identifiable data. e) When the ANT LIVE places website beacons to collect data for our partners, the ANT LIVE require our partners to inform the Users on their privacy policy page that the webpage uses the ANT website beacons. f) The ANT LIVE will only record beacons in the User’s current browser and will not record in the User’s use history. Therefore, to completely block the beacon, the User must click on the relevant link on all of the User’s computers and browsers.
The ANT LIVE typically adds a beacon when sending emails in HTML format (emails containing images) to count the number of opened messages.
Typically, electronic images are considered to be part of webpage and, including banner ads, can all be used as beacons. Therefore, beacons can be added to all advertisements placed by the ANT LIVE.
The ANT LIVE may track certain usage behavior. Information collected from the ANT LIVE beacons are used to understand how customers use our products, provide more accurate reports and enhance the effectiveness of our marketing.
Editing Personal Account Information and Preferences.
At any time, the User has the right to edit the User’s ANT LIVE account information and preferences, including whether the User would like to receive information on the latest products from the ANT LIVE.
The User’s ANT LIVE account is password protected to ensure the security of the User’s privacy and information.
Under certain conditions, the ANT LIVE may use the universally accepted SSL encryption system to ensure the security of information transfer.
The ANT LIVE periodically makes changes to the privacy policy. If there are significant changes to the privacy policy, the ANT LIVE will promptly notify users by posting the relevant terms in a prominent position on webpage.
